Booking a Visit
What to Expect When You Book a Mobile Notary Appointment
From your first message to the moment your document is signed — here's how a mobile notary visit works.
1. Reach out
Call or message on WhatsApp for same-day requests. If your appointment isn't urgent, you can also book directly on the calendar using the "Schedule for Later" option.
2. Confirm the details
We'll confirm your document type, location, and preferred time. Pricing is straightforward: notarial acts are up to $10 each, plus a travel fee based on distance from ZIP 33161 — $30 for Zone 1, $40 for Zone 2, and from $50 for Zone 3. Your total is confirmed before the appointment.
3. We travel to you
Mobile notary service is available throughout Miami-Dade and nearby areas — your home, office, or a convenient public location. Evenings and weekends are available by appointment, and service is offered in both English and Spanish.
4. Bring the right documents
- A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for each signer.
- The document itself, unsigned — the signature happens in front of the notary.
5. Sign and you're done
Once identity is verified and the document is signed in front of the notary, the notarization is complete. If you also need apostille assistance, we can help prepare that request separately.
